Hi, We’re Legacy Pools. Welcome!
We started Legacy Pools in 2018 to deliver a beautiful finished product to people across the Charleston, South Carolina area. In the last 8 years, we’ve:

Robert and Catherine Rusch
Robert and Catherine both grew up right here in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. After 13 years of building and running a successful electrical service business, Robert is now excited to dive into a new adventure: helping families create their dream backyard.
At Legacy Pools, family is at the heart of everything we do. Robert and Catherine understand the importance of quality family time and making lasting memories. Their favorite way to spend time together is swimming in their pool at home with their daughters, Caroline and Chloe. They’re passionate about helping families create moments just like these right in their own backyard.
Ben has spent the last 9 years in the pool industry, building lasting relationships with his clients and delivering top-notch service. Alongside his wife, Whitney, Ben is passionate about creating backyard spaces where families can make unforgettable memories together. They’ve learned this firsthand right in their own backyard with their kids, Whitten and Essie.
For Ben and Whitney, both born and raised here in the Lowcountry, family comes first. They want to help you turn your backyard into a personal oasis where core memories will be made for years to come.

Casey is also a Lowcountry native. He brings over 15 years of project management and operations experience from the government contracting world, having led multiple hundred-million-dollar projects.
This experience carries through to our teams, helping keep operations running at peak efficiency with minimal downtime or issues, resulting in incredible pools and backyards for our clients. Casey and Kelly, along with their two children, Jack and Emery, love nothing more than spending long summer days poolside or out on the boat, taking in all that the Lowcountry has to offer.
